Key Responsibilities Partner Sourcing & Recruitment
* Identify, research, and prioritize target partners aligned with our companys strategic objectives.
* Proactively reach out and engage potential partners through outbound efforts and networking.
* Lead initial discovery conversations and position the value of partnering with our company.
* Own the recruitment lifecycle from first touch through onboarding. Market Research & Ecosystem Development
* Conduct ongoing market research to identify trends, whitespace opportunities, and competitive positioning.
* Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective partners across key segments.
* Continuously refine targeting strategies to improve partner quality and conversion rates. Partner Operations & Support
* Support operational processes including partner payments in close collaboration with Finance.
* Ensure smooth onboarding and handoff processes to partner managers.
* Maintain accurate partner data within internal systems ( CRM, partner tools, etc.). data Analysis & Reporting
* Track and analyze partner recruitment metrics, pipeline, and conversion performance.
* Build reports and dashboards to provide visibility into ecosystem growth and partner contribution.
* Provide insights and recommendations to improve partner acquisition strategies. Cross-Functional Collaboration
* Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Partner Enablement teams to support partner initiatives.
* Ensure alignment between recruited partners and our companys go-to-market priorities.
* Contribute to improving internal processes, tools, and workflows related to partner development.
* 2+ years of experience in partner development, partnerships, business development, or similar roles in SaaS - MUST.
* Proven track record of successfully sourcing and recruiting new partners or business relationships.
* Strong business acumen with the ability to hold strategic, value-driven conversations with senior stakeholders.
* Experience conducting market research and translating insights into actionable partner strategies.
* Highly analytical with experience in reporting, data analysis, and performance tracking.
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage both strategic and operational responsibilities.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Experience working cross-functionally with teams such as Finance, Sales, and Marketing.
