IT Team Leader

We are looking for an IT Team Leader to lead the IT team and to share the responsibilities for the company's IT infrastructure and user management. We are looking for a competent IT Manager who is passionate about IT and security in various tech environments. In this position, you will maintain and improve the company's infrastructure, network, user environment, and authentication suite, ensuring the proper function of IT.

Responsibilities:
Support the company's fast-paced growth, planning, and maintaining best practices for a scaling company.
Manage all IT systems and network infrastructure in the company.
Manage all user accounts, licenses, and subscriptions.
Manage IT equipment, stock, and purchasing.
Manage day-to-day high-level technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
Manage data backups. Ensure company data security, availability, and integrity.
Design, develop, implement, and coordinate systems, policies, and procedures.
Handle annual budget and ensure cost effectiveness.
Work with the security department to ensure secure implementation of all systems and IT processes.
