We are looking for a Software manager / Project Lead to lead a team of software and algorithms engineers in the development of advanced AI and Computer Vision solutions.
This is a key leadership role with responsibility for architecture, execution, and delivery of complex, production-grade systems.
Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of software and algorithms engineers
Oversee development workflows, task allocation, and code reviews
Translate complex customer requirements into clear technical specifications
Manage technical projects and ensure successful delivery of AI Computer Vision solutions
Own the companys software architecture and infrastructure
Lead integration of advanced algorithms into production software
Promote the adoption of modern AI development tools to accelerate development

5+ years of experience in software development
Proven experience managing software engineering teams
Strong programming skills in C # and Python
Familiarity with Computer Vision and AI technologies
Experience working with technical customers or external partners
Experience with modern AI coding tools (Copilot, Codex, Claude Code, etc.) - advantage
