We are looking for a hands-on System Administrator to join our IT team and take ownership of our day-to-day systems operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across Microsoft 365 and Azure environments, thrives in hybrid infrastructures, and wants to grow deeper into cloud and automation technologies.
You will be responsible for maintaining reliable, secure, and scalable systems while supporting users in a global environment.
Your mission:
Administer and maintain Microsoft 365 and Entra ID (Azure AD) environments
Manage identity, access, and security configurations across cloud and hybrid systems
Support and maintain Azure environments, including virtual machines and networking
Troubleshoot and resolve complex system, identity, and access-related issues
Automate repetitive administrative tasks using PowerShell where applicable
Collaborate with IT, Security, and other teams to ensure system stability and compliance
Take ownership of daily IT operations and continuously improve reliability and efficiency

Requirements:
3+ years of experience as a System Administrator in a mid-size or global environment
Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 & Entra ID (Azure AD)
Exchange Online, user & access management, Conditional Access, SSO (SAML)
Experience working with Azure environments
Virtual machines, basic networking, subscriptions & RBAC
Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve complex system issues
High level of English, written and spoken
Advantage:
PowerShell scripting and basic automation
Experience with Intune and/or SCCM
Hybrid environments (on-prem + Azure / Entra ID)
VMware / ESXi and on-prem Active Directory (GPO, DNS, DHCP)
Relevant Microsoft / Azure certifications
