As a Senior Product Manager for Attribution & Incrementality on the Product team in our Tel Aviv office, youll play a vital role as the industry moves beyond last-click attribution, building the measurement frameworks that prove our company isnt just capturing demand, but creating it. From Geo-Holdout testing to Source of Truth integrations to Marketing Mix Modeling partnerships, youll create tools, form partnerships, and craft best practices that make our impact visible, credible, and compounding, giving advertisers the confidence to scale their investment. Working closely with the Client Measurement Director and global enterprise teams in the US, EMEA, and APAC, youll meet clients face-to-face to build trust, validate strategy, and turn measurement into a strategic growth driver.
How youll make an impact:
Define the Truth Framework: Own the product vision for how we prove causality (Lift, MMM, and Incrementality) across the advertiser journey - unlocking advertiser trust and convincing them to scale budgets
Strategic Commercial Influence: Act as the Measurement Consultant for our biggest clients. Translate complex data science into compelling narratives that help Sales teams unlock enterprise budgets
Scale Through Ecosystem Integration: Define our position in the measurement stack. Decide when we build proprietary tools (in-house geo-holdout testing, advanced attribution), when we partner (GA4, CM360, Measured, Rockerbox), and when we disrupt
Source of Truth Strategy: Build integrations with leading measurement platforms so advertisers can validate Realize performance in their preferred system - meeting them where they are
Co-prioritize with Customer Measurement: Balance enterprise demand with product scalability, working alongside the Measurement Director to align on roadmap priorities.
To thrive in this role, youll need:
Attribution Mastery: 5+ years in PM with deep expertise in the tension between MTA, MMM, and Incrementality. You know why Last-Click is a lie and how to sell the alternative.
Strategic Domain Ownership: Ability to own a domain end-to-end - define the vision, align stakeholders across R&D, Sales, and Marketing, and drive commercial outcomes.
Commercial Storytelling: A proven track record of translating technical measurement outcomes into reasons to buy for C-level marketing executives.
Enterprise Discovery & Client-Facing: Experience presenting directly to enterprise advertisers and conducting measurement-focused discovery. Youll work closely with the Client Measurement Director and enterprise business teams (Sales, Account Management) to drive adoption. Willingness to travel globally.
Data Fluency & Technical Partnership: A systems-thinking mindset with the ability to partner deeply with Data Science and Engineering. Comfortable navigating technical trade-offs (e.g., precision vs. latency) and leveraging AI tools to accelerate discovery and analysis.
Bonus points if you have:
Background in Measurement Consulting or a lead role at a major Attribution/MMM vendor
Experience building self-service SaaS tools that automate complex data workflows
A track record of influencing $50M+ in annual ad spend through measurement-led insights.
