The Electronic Technician/ RMA Specialist is responsible for advanced troubleshooting, testing, and repair of returned high‑reliability electronic products. The role includes performing failure analysis, supporting root‑cause investigations, generating reports.

Responsibilities

Perform diagnostics, testing, and component‑level repair of returned units per work instructions and quality standards.

Prepare failure analysis reports for internal and customer use.

Collaborate with Engineering, QA, and Production to resolve recurring issues and improve processes.

Lead and train RMA technicians and monitor team performance/metrics.

Ensure on‑time repair schedules and maintain accurate, audit‑ready documentation.

Requirements:
4+ years experience in troubleshooting/repair in production or engineering environments.

Associate degree or equivalent experience.

Strong diagnostic skills, organizational abilities, and leadership capabilities.

Experience with RMA processes - advantage.

Proficiency with MS Office and reporting tools.

Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
