Responsible for leading a big program or a number of smaller projects to success in terms of delivery of the agreed scope within the agreed timeline and the adequate quality, with full customer satisfaction.
Implementation of an insurance software package.
Project budget and planning management.
Managing the relationship with the customer.
Managing internal stakeholders.
Coordinating the various subcontractors contributing to the project.
Projects risk analysis management and mitigation.
Be involved in process improvements and highly focused on quality.

Requirements:
At least 10 years of proven experience in large scale and international project management.
Experience working with big international clients.
Multi-site management experience.
Experience in managing projects in a Matrix Environment.
Excellent management and interpersonal skills.
Experience in implementing software packages.
Experience in analysis of business procedure requirements.
Familiarity with insurance domain / financial services - Advantage.
Fluent in English.
Other languages - Advantage.
Flexible with travel - 50% of the time on average.
