As Director of Product, you will lead a team of senior PMs to own the central pillar of our offerings, managing the end-to-end platform infrastructure, including dashboards, query engines, and authentication. Working closely with executive leadership, you will drive the vision for a technically complex architecture that serves as the foundation for all product lines.
Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Roadmap: Manage and grow a team of Product Managers while defining product objectives, themes, and epics for the core platform pillar.
Strategic Justification: Provide data-driven business justification for new capabilities and track product performance to influence cross-functional R&D and leadership decisions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with global Sales, SE, and Marketing teams to bring significant new capabilities to market and support international business growth.
Infrastructure Ownership: Drive the development of unified technical infrastructure, including configuration pages, asset-criticality modules, and multi-team dashboard widgets.

Requirements:
Professional Experience: 7+ years of Product Management experience within an Enterprise B2B SaaS or Software company.
Leadership: Proven track record of managing a team of Product Managers for at least 2 years in a corporate (non-military) environment.
Technical Foundation: Bachelors degree in Computer Science/Engineering or a significant technical/development background capable of navigating complex system architectures.
Market Delivery: Demonstrated success in launching new products or major enterprise-grade features to a global market.
