Senior Automation Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Automation Engineer to lead the enterprise-scale design and implementation of a modern test automation platform built on Playwright.
This role is ideal for a senior engineer who has successfully led a Selenium-to-Playwright migration in a large organization and understands both the technical and organizational challenges of modernizing automation at scale.
You will define enterprise-wide standards, build scalable automation infrastructure, and drive quality transformation across multiple engineering teams.
How will you make an impact?
Architect and standardize a scalable Playwright framework for multi-team adoption.
Lead and execute the migration strategy from Selenium to Playwright.
Define enterprise automation standards, including:
Async programming best practices
Modern locator and test design patterns
Test isolation and reliability strategies
CI/CD integration and pipeline optimization
Optimize execution performance, stability, and parallelization at scale.
Design automation infrastructure including reporting, observability, and test analytics.
Partner with engineering leadership to embed automation into the SDLC.
Mentor engineers and act as the technical authority for automation strategy.
