We are seeking a versatile Tech Lead to join our team responsible for designing and developing next-generation video analytics products leveraging advanced Vision-Language Models (VLM) and Large Language Models (LLM).
Responsibilities
Lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance video analytics solutions using Python and C++
Research and implement hardware-accelerated video processing techniques
Optimize inference of Large Language Models, performance and memory usage
Collaborate closely with Research teams on model training, benchmarking, and selection
Ensure cross-platform integration of core technologies.
Mentor team members and contribute to architectural decisions.

Requirements:
B.Sc. in Computer Science or equivalent
5+ years of programming experience
Expertise in Python and strong proficiency in modern C++ (C++14/17)
Hands-On experience with Docker on Linux
Experience with NVIDIA extensions and SDKs: TensorRT-LLM, Dynamo, CUDA, NIM
Experience with VLM/LLM integration - strong advantage
Experience with CMake/Conan - advantage
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
