Responsible::
Own the recruitment process end-to-end- CV screen, phone interviews, schedule interviews, working closely with agencies etc.
Creatively source top-notch candidates via multiple sourcing channels and maintain a strong pipeline of talent
Partner and work closely with global hiring managers to design the hiring process, craft profiles, and ensure high-quality talent recruitment
Conduct market research, and stay informed about industry trends, talent landscapes, and talent sourcing best practices.
Manage effective, data-driven recruiting processes while utilizing dashboards and reports with metrics to support smart decision-making to improve business outcomes and recruit the best talent
Create and maintain an excellent candidate experience
Support employees through all stages of the employee life cycle, from onboarding to offboarding
Partner with HRBP on employee welfare initiatives and running the office, while assisting with relevant projects as needed
