Product Manager

At our company, Israels first fully digital bank, were building the technology that powers a new era of intuitive, transparent, people-first banking. As our platform grows and our services expand, We are looking for a highly experienced Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and execution of our digital banking products.
As a key member of our product team, you will drive innovation, enhance user experiences, and ensure the successful delivery of new banking solutions from concept to launch.
This role requires a strong analytical mindset, proven leadership capabilities, and a deep understanding of fintech, banking, and emerging financial technologies.
Your Day-to-Day
Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for digital banking products, aligning with the company's vision and growth objectives.
Lead cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, compliance, and marketing, to build and launch new features.
Analyze customer behavior, market trends, and competitive insights to identify new opportunities and optimize existing products.
Define and track key performance metrics (KPIs) to measure product success and drive continuous improvements.
Collaborate with regulatory and legal teams to ensure compliance with financial industry regulations.
Advocate for a customer-first approach by leveraging user research, feedback, and data-driven insights.
Spearhead initiatives to adopt and integrate emerging technologies into our companys ecosystem.
Manage stakeholder communication, ensuring alignment across teams and leadership on product priorities and progress.
Drive go-to-market strategies, ensuring smooth product rollouts and adoption.
