Work across detection, segmentation, OCR, anomaly detection, and measurement
Optimize performance: accuracy, robustness, latency, and scalability
Build and maintain training, validation, and evaluation pipelines
Act as the technical authority for complex vision challenges
Mentor and guide algorithm engineers
Collaborate closely with software, system, and product teams
10+ years of experience in Computer Vision algorithms
Proven experience deploying AI-based vision systems to production
Strong background in accuracy-critical environments
Deep expertise in deep learning (CNNs, Transformers, detection/segmentation)
Hands-on experience with PyTorch / TensorFlow
Strong Python skills ( C ++ - an advantage)
Solid foundation in classical image processing
Experience taking solutions from research to real-world systems
Strong ownership mindset and technical leadership capabilities
