Oversee development workflows, task allocation, and code reviews
Translate complex customer requirements into clear technical specifications
Manage technical projects and ensure successful delivery of AI and Computer Vision solutions
Own the companys software architecture and infrastructure
Lead the integration of advanced algorithms into production software
Promote the use of modern AI development tools to accelerate development

Requirements:
5+ years of experience in software development
Proven experience managing software engineering teams
Strong programming experience with C # and Python
Familiarity with Computer Vision and AI technologies
Experience working with technical customers or partners
Experience with modern AI coding tools (Copilot, Codex, Claude Code, etc.) is an advantage
