Now we’re looking for a Digital Development Manager to join our journey, drive innovation across cloud platforms, IoT systems, and digital experiences, and turn big ideas into secure, scalable, and user-centric products.

What You’ll Do

Lead and mentor multidisciplinary development teams (Cloud, DevOps, Backend, Mobile, Data).
Partner with Product and Robotics development teams to shape and deliver the technology roadmap.
Build and scale next-gen IoT platforms: telemetry, automation, AI-driven insights, and OTA updates.
Oversee mobile development that seamlessly connects hardware and cloud.
Design and optimize data pipelines, ETL processes, and analytics solutions at scale.
Champion DevSecOps, observability, and automation to ensure secure and highly available systems.

Requirements:

What We’re Looking For

7+ years of software development, including 3+ years in development management.
Proven expertise in IoT ecosystems, cloud development (AWS preferred), and large-scale platform design.
Strong background in data engineering, ETL, and analytics platforms.
Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, CI/CD, microservices, and automation.
Experience scaling mobile apps and connected device platforms.
Bonus: AI/ML expertise.
Excellent leadership, communication, and delivery skills.
