Product Manager

Role Overview:

As a Product Manager, you will bridge the gap between our engineering, design, and business teams to drive the development and growth of our AI-powered tools. You’ll work closely with developers, users, and stakeholders to define and execute the product vision, ensuring our solutions address real-world challenges in the software development process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate on Product Vision & Strategy:

• Support the development of product vision and goals based on input from senior leadership and customer feedback.

• Assist in identifying and prioritizing product opportunities that align with company objectives.

• User-Centered Development:

• Conduct user research, gather feedback, and analyze usage data to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.

• Represent the voice of the developer community, ensuring our products deliver exceptional user experiences.

• Product Development:

• Work closely with engineering teams to prioritize features, write detailed product requirements, and manage the product backlog.

• Collaborate with designers to create intuitive and developer-friendly interfaces.

• Drive agile development processes, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality features.

• Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders, including engineering, marketing, and business teams, to ensure smooth communication and alignment.

• Provide clear updates on progress, challenges, and solutions.

• Market Awareness:

• Stay up to date with advancements in AI, agent-based systems, and developer tools to inform product direction.

• Monitor competitors and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements:

• Experience: 3–4 years of experience in product management, specifically in building technical or developer-focused products.

• Technical Background: Hands-on experience in software development, with a solid understanding of programming languages, frameworks, and developer workflows.

• Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to break down complex problems into actionable solutions.

• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of effectively articulating technical concepts to diverse audiences.

• Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced startup environment.

• Passion for AI: A strong interest in AI technologies, particularly agent-based systems and their applications in software development.

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience working on AI or ML-based products.

• Familiarity with agent-based modeling, natural language processing, or automation tools.

• Background in working with developer communities or open-source projects.
