as a data Scientist in our harmony editor company, youll focus on developing and improving our agentic ai solutions which already run in production and serve millions of our users.
in your day-to-day, you will:
develop and enhance production-grade ai agents
apply generative ai models to improve products' experience and efficiency
collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ai solutions within existing frameworks
mentor team members in ai techniques and best practices
work very closely with r&d and product teams
at the company, we believe our best work happens together. our work model is fully in person, with 5 days a week from our office. flexibility remains a core value at the company and special requests are handled thoughtfully at the team level.
were the editor team, helping over 200 million people build their professional websites while providing a great diy experience. we work closely with pms, developers, UX, content, designers, and marketers to create the best tools and products with the highest impact and value, ensuring people can build any site they want, and be proud of it.

Requirements:
5+ years experience in data science with relevant exposure to generative ai projects
proficiency with llm, including context engineering, advanced prompt techniques, fine-tuning, automatic evaluation, and retrieval-augmented generation (rag)
demonstrated ability to implement scalable and maintainable end-to-end solutions including production code
proficiency in Python and experience with ml frameworks
strong team player with great communication skills
background experience with website building, web architecture and structuring websites (templates, components, cms) - an advantage
bachelor's degree in data science, Computer Science, or related fields - an advantage
msc or phd in a relevant field - a significant advantage.
