as a commercial legal counsel at the company, youll take on exciting legal challenges and tackle complex issues while supporting the companys success. in your day-to-day, you will:
draft, review, negotiate, and finalize commercial contracts, including software license agreements, services agreements, lease agreements, and more
collaborate with various teams like procurement, finance, security, facilities, hr, and operations on commercial contracting matters to support business goals
provide practical, business-oriented legal advice and recommendations to stakeholders on a variety of legal and business issues
create, maintain, and improve standard templates, business processes, and internal policies
stay updated on applicable international laws and regulations
work with external counsel to implement business-enabling solutions
play a key role in safeguarding the companys legal interests and driving its success
at the company, we believe our best work happens together. our work model is fully in person, with 5 days a week from our office. flexibility remains a core value at the company, and special requests are handled thoughtfully at the team level.
