Someone with a passion for product-led growth, customer activation, and feature adoption, who has a desire to scale post-sales engagement and turn customers into power users through data-driven, AI-powered approaches.
In this position, you will use your expertise in B2B product management and PLG strategy, and will define and execute the post-sales growth engine - owning the customer lifecycle from onboarding through expansion and renewal.
Key Responsibilities
Own and drive the post-sales product-led growth strategy, with accountability for customer activation, feature adoption, engagement metrics, and expansion signals across all customer segments and lifecycle stages.
Build and manage scalable growth systems - including automated communication flows, in-app experiences, alert frameworks, and data-driven dashboards - to replace manual processes and track customer health.
Drive cross-functional alignment across Product, R&D, Sales, Customer Success, BI, Business Ops, and Marketing, influencing priorities through customer insights and growth data.
Lead enablement and content efforts in partnership with Product Marketing; champion AI-powered tools to increase self-service adoption and deliver faster time-to-value.
Manage and grow the Product Growth team, directly managing one PM while establishing frameworks and culture that allow the function to scale.
Product Growth Team Leader with 8+ years of experience in B2B product management, including experience in large organizations serving enterprise customers.
Product skills focusing on increasing feature adoption, retention and revenue impact.
Proven track record in Product-Led Growth (PLG) with ownership of activation, adoption, and expansion metrics across the post-sale journey.
Strong data-driven mindset with hands-on experience defining and acting on B2B growth metrics; UX-minded with a focus on user flows, friction points, and design impact on adoption.
B.Sc./B.A. degree required;
A problem solver who thrives in ambiguous, fast-moving environments - you map the unknown, structure the chaos, and ship results.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, particularly with senior stakeholders; proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
AI-savvy: you use AI tools daily (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot), can ship AI-powered features, and champion AI adoption across the org.
It would be great if you also have:
Background in cybersecurity, networking, or infrastructure SaaS.
Hands-on experience with Power BI, Intercom, or AI coding tools.
Strong product marketing instincts - you have created sales enablement assets or launch materials alongside PMM teams.
Team player spirit and a belief in learning something new every day.
