Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Roadmap: Define and execute a global HR systems roadmap aligned with business growth and automation goals.
System Ownership: Manage the configuration, governance, and optimization of Core HR, ATS, LMS, and payroll platforms.
Data & Analytics: Establish data governance frameworks and deliver real-time workforce analytics/dashboards for leadership.
Process Excellence: Standardize global workflows (TA, Rewards, Ops) and translate business needs into scalable system requirements.
Stakeholder & Vendor Lead: Partner with IT/Finance on security and compliance, manage vendor relationships, and lead large-scale system rollouts.
