We are looking for an experienced Senior Bookkeeper to join our expanding finance team.
In this key role, you will take ownership of day-to-day accounting operations, ensure accuracy and compliance across financial records, and support the companys continued growth.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
Record day-to-day accounts payable, credit cards, and bank reconciliations.
Process and record local and international vendor invoices and oversee payment controls.
Financial Closing: Perform monthly (Month-end closing) - Fixed Asset, Accrued Expenses, Prepaid.
Multi-Currency & Global Operations: Manage bookkeeping in a multi-currency environment and collaboration with international subsidiaries.
Manage expense reimbursement, subscription payment, and travel reports.

6+ years of bookkeeping experience, preferably in a global or Hi-Tech company
Certified Bookkeeper type 3.
Proficiency in ERP systems - Mandatory (NetSuite experience is a significant advantage).
Strong understanding of accounting processes, controls, and month-end close.
Excel: High level of proficiency (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) - Mandatory.
High-level English (written and verbal).
Experience with multi-currency environments and basic subsidiary consolidation - Advantage.
Experience with inventory accounting - Advantage.
Personal Attributes: Exceptional organizational skills, ability to work independently under tight deadlines, and multitasking.
