Director of Engineering

We are looking for an experienced Director to lead strategic initiatives in data security, governance, and compliance. This role will oversee multiple engineering groups at scale, driving innovation and operational excellence across distributed systems and data platforms. The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise with proven leadership in managing end-to-end product development, including infrastructure, backend, and frontend components.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership
Work closely with product teams to define and execute a comprehensive roadmap for data security, governance, and compliance programs.
Align initiatives with organizational objectives, regulatory requirements, and risk management strategies.
Engineering Leadership
Lead and mentor multiple engineering groups, ensuring delivery of scalable, secure, and compliant solutions.
Foster a culture of technical excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Technical Oversight
Drive design and implementation of cloud-based distributed systems and data pipelines at scale.
Ensure robust architecture for high-performance, fault-tolerant systems supporting enterprise workloads.
Product Management
Oversee end-to-end product development, including infrastructure, backend services, and user-facing applications.
Collaborate with product and business stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions.
