This role combines team leadership, hands-on involvement, and full ownership of software projects - from concept to delivery.
What youll do
Lead, mentor, and grow a team of software and algorithm engineers
Manage development processes, including sprint planning and code quality standards
Translate business and customer needs into clear technical requirements
Drive end-to-end delivery of AI and Computer Vision products
Define and shape system architecture
Oversee integration of algorithms into scalable production environments
Promote the use of modern AI development tools to improve efficiency and output
5+ years of experience in software development
Proven experience leading engineering teams
Strong programming skills in C # and Python
Familiarity with AI and Computer Vision technologies
Experience working with customers or business stakeholders
Experience with AI development tools (e.g., Copilot, Codex, Claude) - advantage
