A cutting-edge technology company is looking for an experienced Algorithms Tech Lead to drive the design and development of advanced AI-based computer vision solutions.
This is a key leadership role combining deep technical expertise with end-to-end ownership and team mentorship.
What youll do
Lead the design and development of state-of-the-art computer vision and AI algorithms
Own the full lifecycle - from research and prototyping to production deployment
Develop solutions across detection, segmentation, classification, OCR, and anomaly detection
Continuously enhance model performance, accuracy, and robustness
Build and optimize training, validation, and evaluation pipelines
Provide technical leadership and mentor engineers
Collaborate with software and multidisciplinary teams to deliver production-ready systems

Requirements:
10+ years of experience in computer vision and algorithm development
Proven experience delivering AI-based vision systems in production environments
Strong background in accuracy-critical domains (e.g., defect detection, measurement, alignment, classification)
Deep expertise in deep learning for computer vision (CNNs, Transformers, detection segmentation models)
Hands-on experience with PyTorch and/or TensorFlow
Strong programming skills in Python ( C ++ - advantage)
Solid understanding of classical image processing (geometry, calibration, filtering, morphology)
Experience delivering end-to-end solutions from research to deployment
10+ years of experience in computer vision and algorithm development
Proven experience delivering AI-based vision systems in production environments
Strong background in accuracy-critical domains (e.g., defect detection, measurement, alignment, classification)
