We are seeking a senior communication systems engineer to help develop the next generation of algorithms and standards that power this revolution.
Responsibilities:
Research, analyze, and develop advanced wireless communication technologies and algorithms for Ambient IoT devices, including wireless modulation, coding, and channel estimation.
Draft, present, and contribute technical proposals to standardization bodies such as IEEE, 3GPP, and Bluetooth.
As part of the Technologies team, work on strategic solutions and collaborate with engineering groups including system-on-chip, RF, system, and network to ensure cohesive product development.
Continuously learn and explore new topics as needed to support the evolving solution, including communication layers, modeling, security, and location.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
Strong verbal and written communication abilities, including technical presentations.
Proficiency with simulation tools such as MATLAB and Python.
Advantages:
Experience with wireless standards such as Bluetooth, 5G/3GPP, and IEEE 802.15/802.11.
Familiarity with MAC and network layers.
Masters degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
Experience collaborating with analog and digital integrated circuit design teams.
Prior experience in writing material for international conferences, papers, and standardization forums.
Knowledge of wireless location and positioning technologies.
Requirements:
