There is considerable potential for advancement and development within our organization.Key ResponsibilitiesWe are searching for an ambitious controller, to be responsible for:Preparation and review of financial statements and other reports in Israel and InternationalPreparation of annual tax returnCorporate accounting - GL maintenance, reconciliations, monthly, quarterly and annual closing processesInvolvement and assistance in global tax projectsWork closely with bookkeepers and accountants; Support and advise bookkeepers on accounting and tax related mattersPerform budget controlEnforcement of company’s policies, procedures and SOXAd-Hoc projects and processes improvementQualificationsCPA from a Big 4 firm with 1-3 year after internshipExperience with Hi-tech public companies - advantageStrong knowledge in and experience in US-GAAP accounting.Experience in Audit assurance services department for Hi-Tech entities- an advantageAccurate and detailed oriented with high level of analytical and professional skills.Highly motivated and committed.Efficient, organized multi-tasking and customer-oriented.Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment and meet tight deadlines.Team player with good inter-personal and communication skillsERP knowledge (preferable SAP) – an advantageFluent in EnglishKnowledge in Excel
