Bookkeeper

We are seeking an enthusiastic Bookkeeper to play a critical role in our financial operations across our entities in Israel and the US. This is a unique opportunity to be an integral part of a fast-growing company, where you will handle Accounts Payables, bank reconciliations, travel reimbursements and GL activities.

How will you contribute?
Manage the complete AP cycle, including setting up new vendors, processing invoices, and executing payments. You will communicate directly with vendors to ensure smooth operations.
Travel reports- ensure accurate categorization and GL coding of all travel-related expenses to maintain budget compliance.
Serve as a pivotal figure in the monthly closing process by ensuring all expenses are accurately accrued or billed. Manage prepaid expenses and perform bank and credit card reconciliations.
Compile and submit monthly reports to authorities including 102, VAT.
