We are seeking a highly skilled RF and Antenna Engineer to join our multidisciplinary development team. The role involves designing, simulating, testing, and optimizing RF circuits and antenna systems for advanced communication products. The candidate will take part in all stages of development, from concept and modeling through lab validation and integration into full systems.
Requirements:
B.Sc. in Electrical/Electronic Engineering with a focus on RF, microwaves, or communications.
5+ years of hands-on experience in RF, antenna design and testing.
Proficiency with electromagnetic simulation tools (CST, HFSS, FEKO).
Experience with RF lab equipment: network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, signal generators.
Knowledge of wireless communication standards (Wi-Fi, BLE, LTE, GNSS, Sub-1G).
Strong understanding of high-frequency PCB design and RF circuit principles.
Ability to work independently and solve complex engineering problems.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Advantages:
Knowledge of CE/FCC regulatory requirements and pre-compliance testing.
Programming skills in Python or MATLAB for data analysis and automation.
