BDO Digital is growing, and were looking for a Marketing Automation Specialist to join our data Marketing team.
If youre passionate about customer journeys, experienced with Marketing Automation tools and looking to work in a dynamic and professional environment - wed love to meet you.

What youll do:

Design and manage customer journeys using leading Marketing Automation platforms
Execute data -driven campaigns using tools such as journey builders, email campaign managers, and automation workflows
Collaborate with data, content, and digital teams to deliver personalized, automated customer experiences
Monitor campaign performance, generate reports, and optimize journeys for better engagement and conversion
Identify opportunities to enhance customer interaction across the lifecycle
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience with a Marketing Automation platform - required
Strong command of journey-building tools, email campaign management, and automation workflows
Strategic marketing mindset with the ability to translate ideas into automated journeys
Detail-oriented, analytical, and capable of working independently
Creative thinking, initiative, and strong ownership of your work
Experience with SQL - an advantage
