QA Team Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated QA Team Lead to join our team.

What will you do?
Own quality end-to-end across all our products: web and mobile applications, backend services, cross-platform integrations within partner sites, tracking/attribution systems, and large-scale data flows.
Define and execute the QA strategy: regression coverage, release gates, risk management and production validation.
Design, build and evolve the automation infrastructure, expanding coverage across frontend, backend and system-level flows.
Work closely with Engineering and DevOps on CI/CD, deployments, environments and release stability.
Translate product requirements into structured, testable tasks and proactively identify gaps, edge cases and risks.
Lead and mentor the QA team while remaining highly hands-on (70%).
Make both technical and managerial decisions regarding quality standards, tooling and release readiness.
