Lead, mentor, and grow a team of software and algorithm engineers
Oversee development workflows, sprint planning, and code quality processes
Convert customer and business needs into clear technical requirements
Drive end-to-end delivery of AI and Computer Vision-based products
Define and evolve the overall software architecture
Lead the integration of algorithmic solutions into scalable production systems
Encourage adoption of modern AI development tools to enhance productivity and efficiency

Requirements:
5+ years of experience in software development
Proven experience leading software engineering teams
Strong programming skills in C # and Python
Familiarity with Computer Vision and AI technologies
Experience working with technical customers or business partners
Experience with AI coding tools (such as Copilot, Codex, Claude, etc.) - an advantage
