The Role We're looking for an experienced Mid-Level Full Stack Developer to join our growing engineering team. You'll work closely with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to build and scale high-impact features across our B2B2C SaaS platform. Your work will directly influence the experience of thousands of users, and you'll play a key role in shaping our architecture, performance, and engineering best practices as we continue to scale. Job Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain scalable Full-Stack applications across web and backend services.
Implement high-quality, maintainable, and testable code following best practices and coding standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional product & engineering pods to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Participate in architectural discussions, code reviews, and technical decision-making processes.
Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.
Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
Support CI/CD processes and contribute to improving development workflows.
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues while ensuring system stability and performance.
Continuously improve codebase quality, documentation, and technical standards.
