EPR specializes in the development and implementation of management systems for welfare, collections, and accounting departments in local municipalities.
Full training will be provided to suitable candidates!

Responsibilities:
Provide end-to-end service and support for company clients in local municipalities.
Offer phone-based support and remote access assistance.
Track requests and ensure full resolution.
Work in a technological environment with diverse databases.

Requirements:
Previous experience in customer service roles - advantage.
Experience working with information systems - advantage.
Availability for full-time work at the company headquarters in Ali.
Strong analytical skills, excellent interpersonal abilities, and a team-oriented mindset.
Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
