An innovative technology company developing advanced AI and Computer Vision solutions is looking for a Senior Software Developer to join its growing engineering team.

This role is ideal for a hands-on Developer with strong AI experience, who enjoys working on complex systems, leading projects, and coordinating work across multiple teams including algorithm engineers in a matrix management structure.

Responsibilities

Design and develop software components for AI and Computer Vision systems

Lead technical projects and ensure successful delivery of AI solutions

Coordinate and manage algorithm engineers in a matrix-style management approach, collaborating across teams

Participate in architecture discussions and technical decision making

Translate product and technical requirements into high-quality software solutions
Requirements:
5+ years of software development experience

Strong programming experience with C # and Python

Hands-on experience with AI technologies - required

Familiarity with Computer Vision concepts and applications

Experience leading projects and managing teams in a matrix structure

Experience developing complex software systems

Experience working with technical stakeholders or customers

Experience with AI coding tools (Copilot, Codex, Claude Code, etc.) - advantage
