Nisha, one of Israels leading high-tech recruitment and executive search firms, is looking for a Technical Recruiter to join our growing team.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technology positions, from sourcing to offer stage.

Work directly with hiring managers and clients from leading high-tech companies across various industries.

Source and engage candidates using advanced sourcing techniques across LinkedIn, professional networks, and additional sourcing platforms.

Conduct candidate screenings, interviews, and professional assessments to ensure the best match between candidates and roles.

Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for ongoing an

Requirements:
At least 1 year of experience in technical recruitment.

Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter and professional sourcing tools.

Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

High level of English - written and spoken.

Sales mindset, proactivity, and strong motivation to succeed in the recruitment field.

Bachelors degree - an advantage.
