The Business Systems team builds and maintains the infrastructure that powers our internal operations and global growth. We are looking for versatile builders and independent thinkers to drive end-user solutions and process optimization across the Salesforce platform. We operate in a fast-paced, high-impact environment, delivering scalable features that support our core business functions.
WHAT YOULL DO
Design, develop, and deploy user-facing enhancements and custom applications using LWC and advanced Flows to maximize productivity.
Operate within a high-throughput Kanban environment, managing WIP and prioritizing tasks to ensure a continuous flow of development.
Implement optimized solutions - through both efficient Apex code and configuration - to streamline workflows and reduce manual effort.
Build and maintain essential back-end logic using Apex Triggers, Classes, and Asynchronous Apex, ensuring business rules execute reliably.
Manage metadata deployments across environments using Gearset (or similar CI/CD tools) and maintain strict version control (Git) standards.
Write comprehensive unit tests with high code coverage and conduct thorough peer code reviews to ensure system stability and security.
Architect and maintain robust integration patterns between Salesforce and custom-built internal tools across the Lead-to-Cash lifecycle.
