We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to lead Observability and Continuous FinOps as core platform capabilities .This is a hands-on platform role. You will own the systems, automation, and operating models that give engineers and leadership deep visibility into system health and cloud spend. You are a DevOps engineer first, with primary ownership over observability and cloud financial management.
What Youll Do:
Own and operate observability platform, including metrics, logs, traces, and alerting
Build observability-as-code and self-service tooling for development teams
Define and implement observability standards such as SLIs, SLOs, error budgets, and service health models
Lead Continuous FinOps practice together with Engineering and Finance
Build and maintain cost dashboards, alerts, anomaly detection, and forecasting
Provide clear unit-economics and cost allocation across teams, services, and environments
Drive cloud cost optimization initiatives across compute, storage, and managed services
Build and maintain cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure-as-code
Partner closely with Engineering, Platform, and Finance stakeholders

Requirements:
3+ years of experience in FinOps Positions
Strong hands-on experience with AWS
Infrastructure-as-Code experience (Terraform or similar)
CI/CD experience (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, etc.)
Experience operating observability systems (Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, OpenTelemetry)
Understanding of cloud pricing models, billing, tagging, and optimization strategies
Strong automation, analytical, and communication skills
Comfortable owning greenfield domains end-to-end
3+ years of experience in FinOps Positions
Strong hands-on experience with AWS
