Were looking for a smart, dynamic engineer with 2+ years of production experience.
Our company is building a category-defining deep-tech engine that automates complex cloud solutions
and infrastructure decisions, combining strong backend engineering with AI-driven workflows and agents.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain production backend services and APIs.
Design and optimize ETL pipelines, database schemas and queries.
Implement core logic that turns various types of data into robust cloud/infrastructure solutions.
Deliver AI-driven product capabilities, including multi-step agent workflows and tool integrations.
Requirements:
2+ years of professional experience writing production-grade software.
Strong development skills in at least one of: Python, TypeScript, Go, Rust.
Hands-on experience working with databases in production systems.
Strong problem-solving skills and an ownership mindset.
Nice to Have
Experience building AI-driven features, including agent-style workflows (tool use, orchestration,
evaluation).
Hands-on experience using AI-powered coding tools / IDEs in day-to-day work on production
codebases.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and modern infrastructure concepts.

מהנדס התוכנה ב-HMS - הלפרין יועצים יהיה אחראי על בנייה ותחזוקה של שירותי Backend ו-APIs בסביבת פרודקשן, תכנון ואופטימיזציה של צינורות ETL, סכימות ושאילתות מסדי נתונים. בנוסף, התפקיד כולל הטמעת לוגיקה מרכזית להפיכת נתונים לפתרונות ענן/תשתית חזקים ואספקת יכולות מוצר מונעות AI, כולל זרימות עבודה מרובות של סוכנים ושילוב כלים.
