Executive Assistant

We are looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to join the CEO Office and play a key role in enabling the CEO and Chief Of Staff to operate at their highest level. This is not a traditional administrative role; it requires being 2 steps ahead, always anticipating needs before they arise, and taking full ownership over execution and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. The pace is fast, and the workload can be demanding. Alongside exciting projects and exposure to senior leadership, there is also less glamorous but equally critical work that keeps everything running smoothly. The position requires working 5 days a week from the office, with extended hours and high availability as an integral part of the role. Reporting to the Chief Of Staff.

What am I going to do?:

* Act as a true partner to the Chief of Staff and CEO, ensuring the CEO’s day runs seamlessly and efficiently.
* Anticipate challenges and proactively resolve issues before they escalate.
* Own and manage complex calendars across multiple time zones, continuously prioritizing and optimizing time allocation.
* Serve as a central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, maintaining professionalism and discretion at all times.
* Lead logistics for travel, events, off-sites, and executive meetings.
* Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support across business and personal matters, with close attention to detail.
