Staff Technical Product Manager

As we shape the future of travel, Navan seeks a Senior Technical Product Manager to spearhead the creation and evolution of our next-generation agentic platform-an innovative foundation powered by cutting-edge AI systems designed to proactively serve and delight our users with autonomous actions and personalized recommendations.
In this role, you will lead multidisciplinary teams of engineers, data scientists, designers, and stakeholders to deliver a transformative, AI-driven platform experience. Ideal candidates will bring substantial experience in designing, developing, and scaling complex technical platforms and will demonstrate hands-on familiarity with the latest advancements in AI, including generative AI, LLMs, MLops, and agentic, autonomous platforms.
What You'll Do:
Define, drive, and create the vision, roadmap, and strategy for Navan's AI-powered agentic platform across the company.
Partner closely with engineers, data science teams, and UX designers to architect, develop, and launch intelligent, self-service, and proactive features throughout the entire platform lifecycle.
Act as a thought leader, bringing clarity and direction on the intersection of AI technology and business strategy, keeping abreast of emerging AI technologies to continually drive innovation.
Collaborate cross-functionally, aligning stakeholders across Navans AI product teams, GTM, analytics, growth, security, and infrastructure functions to ensure successful and continual platform adoption.
Set ambitious yet achievable goals, measure progress rigorously with clear KPIs, and iterate continuously based on performance and user-feedback.
Maintain deep engagement with customers, soliciting feedback, and uncovering unmet needs to inform platform improvement opportunities.
