Were looking for a senior Creative Manager to define and elevate performance-driven creative across our client portfolio. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You will translate strategic business and brand goals into clear creative direction, shape messaging architecture across initiatives, and ensure every concept carries both strategic clarity and measurable purpose. Alongside execution, you will provide professional guidance and elevate the creative standard across projects.
Responsibilities:

* Translate strategic business and brand goals, KPIs and priorities into clear, scalable creative direction.
* Define messaging architecture across full-funnel digital strategies.
* Develop and refine performance-driven concepts across digital platforms.
* Provide professional feedback and mentorship to the creative team elevating clarity, sharpness and execution quality.
* Review and elevate creative outputs to ensure consistency, precision and measurable impact.
* Present and articulate creative thinking in strategic client meetings.
* Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align creative direction with strategic business performance goals.
* Remain hands-on in writing and concept development when needed.

Requirements:
* 4-6 years of experience as a senior creative copywriter or creative specialist in a recognized digital or advertising agency environment, leading creative thinking for established local brands.
* Proven experience developing large-scale digital campaigns for Israeli brands.
* Demonstrated ability to translate strategic business and brand goals into structured creative direction.
* Experience presenting creative concepts in client-facing environments.
* Strong portfolio showcasing cohesive campaign thinking - not only standalone executions.
* Native-level Hebrew copywriting skills are mandatory. The working environment, client interactions and most creative deliverables are in Hebrew.
* Experience providing professional feedback or mentoring other creatives - required.
* Portfolio submission is mandatory.
