we are looking for a Partnerships Team Lead to oversee the team responsible for strategic partnerships, channel partnerships, resellers & alliances.
Key Responsibilities:
Directly manage and oversee our companys Partnership team
Ownership of strategic partnership P&L - across channel sales, alliances and product partnerships
Identify, qualify and execute on new strategic partnership verticals to expand topline
Proactively lead recruitment, training, onboarding, and development initiatives of new partners in the pursuit of building a world-class partnerships operation
Provide partners with the necessary resources and tools to successfully promote our companys offerings
Work closely with sales, marketing, product, legal, finance and data, to execute and deliver on partnership initiatives and roadmap.

Requirements:
3-5 years of strategic partnerships, channel partner management or account management experience. preferably in a B2B product oriented environment (startup, SaaS company); (generalist experience such as banking, consulting will also be considered)
At least 2 years of people management experience - ideally in a partnership / AM focused function
P&L ownership experience and/or aggressive target achievement setting
Excellent knowledge of sales development, lead generation practices, and all of its main principles of GTM
Experience in pipeline generation and management
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
