we are looking for a Senior Analyst.
Role:
Deliver standard projects and/or products flawlessly with high customer satisfaction
Handle medium to large customers with standard or moderately complex project scopes.
Manage basic customer escalations and non-complex operational/technical issues with support from manager or peers.
Handle PMO roles for customers and coordinate with stakeholders

Requirements:
Understand the payment ecosystem and Mastercard products/services.
Basic project management skills.
Native in Hebrew, Fluent in English
Profound user of Excel and PowerPoint.
Analytical thinking and being a person who is usually addressed by others for getting technical advice
Communicate effectively with stakeholders; listen attentively and ask clarifying questions.
Understand the payment ecosystem and Mastercard products/services.

Native in Hebrew, Fluent in English
