Serve as the primary point of contact between the company and the customer.
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our designs and solutions, according to show regulations and customer needs and objectives, within a team.
Responsible for integrating new clients, develop existing client relationships and generate upsells.
Provide customer service and Technical Support, optimizing the account.

Requirements:
Proven experience in account management, preferably in the exhibitions or events industry.
Strong client relationship management skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Fluency in French or German language is a plus.
Demonstrated project management abilities, including planning, execution, and follow-up.
Effective sales and negotiation skills to achieve business goals.
Willingness to travel abroad at least 6 times a year.

Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Events Management, or a related field.
Experience with international clients and exhibitions is a plus.
