We welcome an innovative Regional Area Maintenance Manager to join our Infrastructure & Maintenance team overseeing our five sites in the Northeast Region.

Working collaboratively across the business, use your facility and commercial experience in building services to manage your team to support facility management and delivery.

What you’ll be doing

Manage the Northeast building services team to achieve their KPIs
Ensure facility management is of the highset standard
Oversee property, building, planning and maintenance works
Monitor asset lifecycle
Risk identification, management and mitigation
Detailed cyclical reporting on all your program of works

Things that matter to us

5+ years’ experience in similar managerial role
Engineering or Facility related qualification
White Card
Exceptional customer focus and service approach
Advanced interpersonal and communication skills
Up-to-date COVID-19 vaccinations (3 doses)
NDIS Clearance (includes Police Clearance)
Working with Children Check
Proof of eligibility to work in Australia
Current Victorian Drivers Licence
