system Engineer
We are looking for a talented and experienced system Engineer to join our growing multidisciplinary team and play a key role in delivering complex, innovative systems.
About the Role
As a system Engineer, you will take full responsibility for managing the development of complex systems (or subsystems) throughout the entire product lifecycle, from requirements definition to integration and design reviews, ensuring alignment with customer needs, timelines, and budget constraints.
Key Responsibilities
Lead system development across the full product lifecycle
Own and manage system requirements and specifications
Lead project integration processes
Resolve system engineering conflicts and cross-disciplinary challenges
Monitor and support project work plans
Participate in and lead Design Reviews
Define technical requirements and manage subcontractors.

Requirements:
Requirements
B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering / Software Engineering
Minimum 4 years of experience as a system Engineer
Proven ability to build and develop system engineering processes
Experience with autonomous / aerial / multidisciplinary systems - strong advantage
High level of English
Creative thinker with excellent interpersonal skills.
