System Production Team Leader

We are seeking a hands-on System Production Team Leader to lead a team of technically skilled technicians in a fast-paced production environment.
The ideal candidate combines strong technical understanding with people leadership, operational mindset and a positive, high-energy attitude.

This role includes extensive cross-functional collaboration with R&D, Project Management, Sales, and Operations teams. It requires excellent communication skills, strong prioritization abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks effectively in a high-pressure environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and support a team of system test technicians.
Manage daily testing activities and ensure execution according to production plans and quality standards.
Serve as a technical escalation point for system-level issues and testing failures.
Work closely with R&D, Project Managers, Sales, Manufacturing, and Operations to align priorities and resolve technical and delivery challenges.
Handle multiple dynamic tasks in parallel while meeting tight timelines.
Monitor KPIs, productivity, and quality metrics.
Train new team members and continuously develop existing technicians.
Drive a positive team culture and maintain high motivation in a fast-moving environment.
