We're seeking an exceptional technical recruiter to help build the next generation of cloud infrastructure solutions. Join our team and play a critical role in identifying and attracting world-class engineering talent that will shape the future of our technology.
Key job responsibilities:
Partner with hiring teams to develop comprehensive recruiting strategies that identify and attract top-tier technical talent.
Conduct in-depth candidate assessments, focusing on technical expertise, cultural alignment, and potential for innovation.
Build and maintain a robust network of potential candidates through proactive market research and relationship cultivation.
Design and implement recruiting processes that enhance candidate experience and support long-term organizational growth.
Develop and track recruiting metrics, creating strategic plans with clear deliverables and timelines.

Basic Qualifications:
- Knowledge of key technology and market trends.
- Can communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
- Experience with contact management system/applicant tracking system for sourcing, tracking and managing candidates.
- Bachelor's degree or above in human resources.
- Experience recruiting technical talent in competitive markets.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree, or experience recruiting technical talent in competitive markets.
- Knowledge of AWS or cloud technologies.
- Experience recruiting, hiring and developing talent.
- Experience recruiting for silicon engineering, hardware design, or software development roles.
