Artlist is looking for a Sales Operations Specialist to join our SalesOps team. It is imperative for us to find a candidate who embraces challenges, is eager to learn, and is passionate about succeeding. The Sales Operation Specialist will be responsible for all our sales team's platforms, such as Salesforce, Outreach, Monday.com, etc. The ideal candidate has a strong background in data manipulation and Salesforce setup and integration.

* Design, develop, implement, and monitor sales processes and system integrations.
* Provide Salesforce maintenance and support, including Leads Routing Process, "Lead-to-Closed Won" assistance and Partner Portal administration.
* Create and manage automation tools to increase sales process efficiency.
* Design, implement, and support users with custom reports and dashboards.
* Prepare data sets for business reviews, analyzing sales data and consumer trends for optimization opportunities.
* Create and maintain system documentation, user guides, and training materials.
