System Administrator

We are seeking an experienced and security-oriented System Administrator with 3-5
years of hands-on experience to join our IT team. Responsible for maintaining,
configuring, and securing our organizations infrastructure, with a strong focus on
networking, virtualization, and firewall administration. Strong communication and
customer service skills are essential, as this role involves frequen interactio with
internal users and cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
● Manage and monitor internal infrastructure, including servers, networks,
virtualization platforms, and firewalls.
● Administer and maintain systems such as VMware/Hyper-V and backup solutions.
● Configure and maintain network devices (switches, routers, firewalls) with a focus on security best practices.
● Apply security patches, hardening procedures, and proactively monitor for threats and vulnerabilities.
● Respond to technical system support tickets and incidents in a timely and
customer-focused manner.
● Document system configurations, processes, and procedures clearly and
accurately.
● Collaborate with other IT staff to plan and execute infrastructure upgrades and improvements.
● Ensure compliance with security policies and industry standards.
